Thanks to the subscription to Vegetarian Times that my step-mom-in-law bought for me, I had a new resource of recipes, all of which I could eat!
The first recipe I tried contained two vegetables that I love: broccoli and mushrooms. Luckily, the White Pizza with Broccoli and Mushrooms called for refrigerated pizza dough, so it was perfect for my stunted baking skills. Unfortunately, I baked the pizza for a few minutes too long, but the garlicky, cheesy white sauce went perfectly with the broccoli and mushrooms while not being too rich. The white sauce was really easy to make and a great alternative to the usual tomato-based sauce. Unfortunately, this pizza didn’t change Devin’s mind about broccoli or mushrooms.
